2020-2021 Kinette of the Year: Mary Benlota

"Mary did a great job as Club President. She kept the club active and morale high during a very challenging COVID year."

2020-2021 Rookie of the Year: Jaycee Bourke

"Jaycee is a force to be reckoned with. She fit right in and immediately became an active member, organizing events and fulfilling tasks assigned to her. She is a huge asset to the club and we are lucky to have her!"

2019-2020 Kinette of the Year: Roberta Galenzoski

"Roberta does everything with honesty and determination. She is willing to help out anywhere that's needed and travels to many Kinette events. The treasurer role is a big 2-year commitment, and we are grateful Roberta stepped right in at short notice and has done a wonderful job!"

2019-2020 Rookie of the Year: Shannon Lucas

"Shannon jumped in and took on many responsibilities right away, including organizing the spring gala. She shows up, and works hard. She is fun and friendly, to boot!"

2018-2019 Kinette of the Year: Charmen Baron

"As the current longest-serving member of the club, Charmen makes herself available to new members when needed. She chaired the 2019 Kinette Fall Leadership Conference and co-chaired the summer raffle. Aside from her busy personal life, Charmen also attended three conventions during the 2018-2019 Kin year. Referring to Charmen as a club asset is an understatement."

2018-2019 Rookie of the Year: Jennifer Tyshynski

"Jennifer was installed into our club mid-year. Having jumped right in as an active member, she attended Kin Fall Leadership and District conferences, and volunteered on a Kinsmen ball team at their 1st Annual Ball Tournament. Jennifer finished out the year running a successful Wine Survivor fundraiser. She is viewed as an involved member of the club."

2017-2018 Kinette of the Year: Ashley Hunter

"Throughout the years, Ashley has held many roles, and you could even say she excelled at them all. Her most recent role, and in my opinion her most important role, was past President. I knew I could count on Ashley anytime I needed her or whenever I had a question (and there were a lot of times). Ashley was also available to many of her fellow Kin members while running a household with a new baby, a toddler, and her two men. I know Ashley will continue to be another amazing member of the Red Deer Kinettes for years to come."

2017-2018 Rookie of the Year: Mary Benlota

"An amazing asset, Mary came to our club a listener and when we needed someone she was there... on multiple occasions. Every time we needed a volunteer or had a problem, Mary was there to not only offer a suggestion but in many cases, handle it. I think Mary will be an amazing representative of the Red Deer Kinettes."
